In the beginning (1973), somebody built a house on 7oo East in Centerville. Lots of wrought iron Spanish accoutrements. A kitchen too small. Hydronic baseboard heating. A fireplace that was a space hog.
In 2006, the owners of the house, (very nice people) decided to overcome the decline of three decades and do it over. This is the pictoral story of that valiant strike against residential entropy.

Ready for a party of 17 for Easter dinner
The family room looks pretty bare right now, as seen from the kitchen. I've been committed to create a built-in entertainment unit in the corner with storage cabinets extending off to the left.
